AT NIGHT, NEAR THE SEA By Quentin Smith
A blue wall glows near the horizon
A white star is melting like ice
Through the canopy above the ocean
A moon is splashing on a shell-back
That is plastered silent on the beach
A castle of configured sand is transmitting
The black roar and scream of space through its hollows
A cross of blue stones is toppled on the horizon
